Location:  Warsaw

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage a team of Procurement Partners and drive the execution of purchasing strategies within the road transportation category.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of Procurement Partners responsible for executing procurement activities aligned with global targets and agreements.
• Implementing category strategies in accordance with global procurement organization guidance.
• Supporting the team in gathering and analyzing market and business needs, running tender processes, and facilitating deal implementation.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, ensuring compliance with people processes.
• Building and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Ensuring supplier performance and acting as the commercial escalation point to meet business needs.

What will make You successful?

• 10 years of proven experience in transportation sourcing or supply chain roles within a large, international business environment.
• Strong ability to influence, convince, and leverage internal networks to drive business outcomes.
• Solid stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Polish (French and German are an advantage).
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem‑solving methodologies.
• Strong system and software skills, especially within procurement or analytical tools.
