Senior Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Managing the Head’s complex calendar and meeting priorities
- Organizing business meetings, events, and leadership engagements
- Coordinating domestic and international business travel
- Managing business expenses and vendor invoices
- Cooperating with external service providers and business partners
- Ensuring smooth circulation of information, documents, and follow-ups
- Supporting coordination of ongoing projects and strategic initiatives
- Preparing presentations and executive materials
- Proactively resolving scheduling and operational issues
What We Expect
- Higher education (preferred: economics, management, administration, psychology, or related)
- Experience in a similar Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and English
- High level of discretion, reliability, and ownership
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of German or Spanish will be an advantage
