Senior E-commerce Specialist

 

As a Senior E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online store, ensuring sustainable sales growth, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires close collaboration with Marketing, CRM, Digital, Supply Chain, Warehouse teams, as well as external agency partners. 

 

You will play a key role in developing and executing e-commerce and trade plans, coordinating promotional activities, managing website content and product assortment, and driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives. You will also work closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives, brand strategy, and commercial priorities. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Manage the DTC store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strong business performance. 

  • Plan and execute promotional and commercial activities to drive traffic, customer engagement, and sales growth. 

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. 

  • Analyze customer behavior and market trends using sell-out data, Google Analytics, IQVIA, and ECI to identify growth opportunities and optimize CRM initiatives. 

  • Prepare sales forecasts and support business planning processes. 

  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Shopping (PLA), and Performance Max channels. 

  • Collaborate closely with global teams to align local business needs with global strategies, priorities, and best practices. 

  • Coordinate product ordering and stock replenishment activities to ensure product availability and inventory efficiency. 

  • Work closely with Marketing and Digital teams to plan and execute initiatives aligned with national communication and campaign strategies. 

  • Manage website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines. 

  • Oversee product assortment management, including the development and execution of pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. 

  • Monitor key e-commerce KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to continuously improve business performance and customer experience. 

 

Key Experience and Knowledge: 

  • Strategic thinking and analytical and results-oriented approach  

  • Collaboration and influencing skills  

  • Agility and innovation  

  • Knowledge of IQVIA and Nielsen market data and analytics tools  

  • Strong channel, customer knowledge  and customer-centric mindset  

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher  

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint  

  • At least 4 years of experience managing a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) store for premium brands  

  • At least 1 year of experience working in an international environment, including collaboration with global teams.
