Senior FP&A Analyst
We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team and play a key role in financial planning, performance analysis, and business partnering.
Location: Warsaw
Scope of responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of financial data related to the functioning of the division. Data interpretation and action recommendation,
- Participation in the preparation of the division's budget and full P&L reporting, together with its revision and explanation of deviations for individual areas,
- Active participation in the Monthly Business Planning and end of the month processes as a part of assigned tasks
- Preparation of price calculations & authorizations,
- Maintaining and checking data in SAP in the defined areas
- Provision of data and financial estimates, preparation of presentations,
- Development of new reporting systems and procedures to meet changing business requirements and needs,
- Participation and presentation of financial charts during monthly/quarterly reviews with different stakeholders
- Financial management of Deposit Return System and other ESG costs
- Supporting the process of corporate projects implementation.
Expectations towards the candidates:
- 5-6 years of experience in management accounting,
- University degree in economics/ finance or related field,
- English proficiency, Polish would be an asset
- Very good computer skills, knowledge of the SAP system (financial modules) and Power BI.
- Knowledge of financial and management accounting,
- Highly developed analytical skills,
- Team work mindset
- Good work organization & resistance to stress / time pressure,
- Responsibility and commitment to the duties performed,
- Openness in taking up new tasks.
