As a Service Specialist, you will have the chance to work closely with our transportation and logistics teams to optimize our operations using the latest SAP TM system and other industry-leading solutions. 

In this role, you will have the chance to: 

• Assist in the configuration, testing, and maintenance of the SAP TM system and other technologies, including AI-enabled modules, real-time visibility solutions, and more. 

• Provide training to end-users on how to use the SAP TM system and other tools to maximize their performance. 

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of the SAP TM system with other technologies and systems. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the SAP TM system and other solutions. 

• Develop reports and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into transportation management performance. 

To be successful in this role, you should possess: 

• Fluent German - written and spoken – is must. Communicative English is needed to work in an international environment 

• A Bachelor's degree in transportation management, logistics, or a related field. 

• A strong interest in developing your skills in SAP TM and other technologies. 

• Analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to drive business decisions. 

• Good communication skills, including the ability to train end-users on the SAP TM system and other tools.
