Description of the department: Our headquarters in Warsaw has been chosen in 2021 as the base for the Nestlé Transportation Hub (T-Hub) in Central Europe, which is responsible for planning and executing transportation in specific geographical regions. Our goal is to simplify and standardize our transportation processes and ensure the delivery of Nestlé supplies. In Dedicated Fleet team we are responsible to secure the capacity and service to deliver Nestlé goods to our sites as well to our customers across the Europe supporting our businesses.

Join Nestlé if:

• You are a 3rd year student or a graduate (preferred fields: transport, logistics or related disciplines) 
• You are eager to grow in transportation and logistics within a European network environment
• You are fluent in Polish & English (written and spoken)
• You have very good MS Excel skills and feel confident working with data (e.g.,cleaning, analyzing and presenting insights).
• You have a strong analytical mindset: you connect facts and data, spot patterns, and propose practical solutions when issues arise.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• You organize your work well, manage priorities and take ownership of your tasks
• You communicate openly and proactively, and you are comfortable bringing forward ideas and improvements
• You enjoy working in a team, collaborate effectively with others, and can also work independently when needed
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage 

  As part of the project, we will assign you the following tasks: 

• Monitoring daily transportation activities across Poland
• Preparing report and analysis
• Ensuring on time delivery of Nestle product to our customers
• Interacting with carriers and measuring their performance
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Resolving operational issues through emails, phone or MS Teams
• Working with systems such as SAP, Transporeon, PBI, MS Teams
