As a Sustainability Delivery Manager, you will coordinate the implementation of the market sustainability strategy for Poland, contribute to the CEE/Zone Europe/Categories strategy, and support internal and external advocacy efforts. You will engage with stakeholders to build partnerships, contribute to customer collaboration, and support communication and environmental claims. Additionally, you will drive and monitor ESG KPIs, track project costs and benefits, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide training and education on sustainability.

Hybrid work ( 60% at the office, 40% remote)

Main responsibilities will include:

•    Coordinate the implementation of the market sustainability strategy for Poland, as a part of CEE Region, localising and supporting the operationalization the Global Zone/Categories strategy.
•    Support internal and external advocacy that is relevant to sustainability area.
•    Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and collaborations that support Zone Europe Sustainability goals. 
•    Support on data exchange and sustainability related questionnaires.
•    Support market in preparing substantiation to support ESG communication.
•    Provide technical input and support approval process of environmental claim communication.    
•    Monitor and drive market ESG KPIs towards set goals and ambitions. 
•    Track cost & benefits for ESG projects related to the market.
•    Initiate, lead and implement sustainability projects.
•    Monitor and understand ESG related regulations and ensure full internal and external compliance.
•    Support business and brands sustainability KPIs reporting.
•    Provide functional training & raise sustainability awareness among all employees, act as a sustainability role model, develop the sustainability knowledge, capabilities, engagement and business ownership.

•    Experience in similar role. Expertise in Sustainability area. 
•    Knowledge of sustainability related regulations (local and EU).
•    Highly developed presentation and communication skills. Ability to represent externally with confidence, even when challenged.
•    Excellent written and spoken skills in both Polish and English.
•    Project management experience. Ability to manage various Stakeholders.
•    E2E mindset and ownership.
•    Analytical skills.
