Total Rewards Expert in CEE Team

Matrix accountability: Key Rewards expert for Country of expertise (Poland), manage responsibility of 1-2 scalable Rewards processes at CEE level

Job responsibilities:

Reporting Line: direct reporting line to Total Rewards Manager Central and Eastern Europe, dotted-line to Head of Human Resources Poland

 

  • Drive in collaboration with the team the annual compensation processes (e.g. salary budget request, annual salary review etc.);
  • Support short term/ sales incentives bonus processes, through plan allocations, calculation, communication and payments;
  • Conduct, develop and enhance local benchmarking studies and provide guidance on remuneration competitiveness;
  • Provide rewards’ expertise and support to HRBPs and people managers to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of remuneration;
  • Ensure equal pay analysis and provide guidance to businesses;
  • Support job evaluations and ad-hoc job grades review;
  • Support continuous improvement of total rewards communication;
  • Participate or lead ad-hoc Rewards projects and initiatives at local and regional level;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, simplification of rewards practices and processes at local and regional level.

 

Key Experiences:

  • University Degree level education or equivalent;
  • 2 to 3 + years experience in Compensation & Benefits (preferably in international company);
  • Local employment law & labor regulations;
  • Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel;
  • Strong Analytical skills;
  • Project Management Experience;
  • Upper-Intermediate or fluent English
