Matrix accountability: Key Rewards expert for Country of expertise (Poland), manage responsibility of 1-2 scalable Rewards processes at CEE level
Job responsibilities:
Reporting Line: direct reporting line to Total Rewards Manager Central and Eastern Europe, dotted-line to Head of Human Resources Poland
- Drive in collaboration with the team the annual compensation processes (e.g. salary budget request, annual salary review etc.);
- Support short term/ sales incentives bonus processes, through plan allocations, calculation, communication and payments;
- Conduct, develop and enhance local benchmarking studies and provide guidance on remuneration competitiveness;
- Provide rewards’ expertise and support to HRBPs and people managers to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of remuneration;
- Ensure equal pay analysis and provide guidance to businesses;
- Support job evaluations and ad-hoc job grades review;
- Support continuous improvement of total rewards communication;
- Participate or lead ad-hoc Rewards projects and initiatives at local and regional level;
- Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, simplification of rewards practices and processes at local and regional level.
Key Experiences:
- University Degree level education or equivalent;
- 2 to 3 + years experience in Compensation & Benefits (preferably in international company);
- Local employment law & labor regulations;
- Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel;
- Strong Analytical skills;
- Project Management Experience;
- Upper-Intermediate or fluent English
