Location: Warsaw, Poland


About the role:

As Total Rewards Expert, you will support and ensure the implementation of Compensation Policies/Total Rewards Policies and strategies aligned with Corporate HR and Center of Competence Guidance to support the business in attracting, retaining, and motivating talent and fostering a high-performance culture. 

Reporting Line: direct reporting line to Total Rewards Manager Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), dotted-line to Head of Human Resources Poland.

Matrix accountability: Key Rewards expert for Country of expertise (Poland), manage responsibility of 1-2 scalable Rewards processes at CEE level.


Job responsibilities:

  • Execution of the annual compensation processes (such as salary budget requests, annual salary reviews, etc.) in alignment with all partners to the process
  • Support short term/ sales incentives bonus processes, through plan allocations, calculation, communication and payments
  • Conduct, develop and enhance local benchmarking studies and provide guidance on remuneration competitiveness
  • Provide rewards’ expertise and support to HRBPs and people managers to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of remuneration
  • Support job analyses and job evaluations (ad-hoc job grades review)
  • Participate or lead ad-hoc Rewards projects and initiatives at local and regional level
  • Support continuous improvement of total rewards communication
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, simplification of rewards practices and processes at local and regional level
  • Definition and implementation of the local benefits, recognition and retention programs

Key Requirements:

  • University Degree level education or equivalent;
  • 3 to 5 + years  experience in Compensation & Benefits (preferably in FMCG / international company);
  • Experience in HR Generalist / HR Business Partner role would be an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of local employment law & labor regulations (social security & tax rules)
  • Experience in Employee Cost Management / Budgeting is an advantage
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel & strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both Polish and English
  • Very good communication & influencing skills
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
