Digital and Web-shop Manager

Digital and Web-shop Manager

Your key responsibility will be to start up and develop Direct-To-Consumer model via:

  • Drive the project progress, alert on risks, develop risk mitigation plans,
  • Ensure successful launch, in line with timeline agreed,
  • Executing the plan and modify it according to the business needs,
  • Facilitate preparation of sales forecast, portfolio and promotions,
  • Plan works well ahead to ensure resources availability,
  • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders in Poland and abroad, including collaboration with 3rd party companies,
  • Effectively collaborate on daily basis with Sales and Marketing teams.

Your goal will be constantly improve on following KPI’s: traffic/sales/conversion rate/average basket/ROI/acquiring and retention of customers, through development and implementation of all required strategies and tactics, esp.: user experience, portfolio, price and promo, media strategies, content in cooperation with marketing.

We are looking for:

  • minimum 3 years’ experience in digital project management within an eCommerce driven organization (client or agency facing – eRetailer),
  • University degree within a related business IT field required is a big plus,
  • A professional title such as PMP and/or certifications are a big plus ; combing: (FMCG, PM, AGENCY, eRetailer),
  • Experience in D2C model, FMCG sector is a big plus,
  • E-business development experience,
  • Experience working with collaborative suites such as: Confluence, JIRA, Trello are a big plus,
  • Product management skills,
  • Experience with technology suites such as GA 360,
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills,
  • Ability to use analytical and measurement e-com / digital tools,
  • Good understanding of the FMCG Sales Strategies online,
  • Good understanding of business processes, internal controls and D2C model and purpose,
  • Good knowledge of product portfolio and commercial strategies in direct scope,
  • Self-discipline and excellent work organization,
  • Proficiency in both English and Polish.
