Sales Force Excellence Manager Poland & Baltics

NHSc in Poland………

As the Sales Force Excellence (SFE) Manager for  Poland & Baltics, you will contribute to the achievement of sales and profit objectives by ensuring sales force excellence in the  markets in close cooperation with market Business Executive Officer (BEO), SFE Managers in Headquarter and Sales Leaders. The position reports into the BEO and is a member of the leadership team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure implementation of the Global SFE framework across market, with a specific focus on Front Line Managers (FLM) routines
  • Develop and execute an local annual SFE plan for the market base on guidance from Cluster Manager as part of the Commercial Planning process.
  • Ensure provision of sales force effectiveness reports to local senior Management (BEO), including execution of the SFE part in the Commenrcial Pplanning
  • Provide input to BEO and Sales managers of local FLMs and sales representatives through field visits
  • Lead the SFE learning community and drive best practices across markets
  • Coordinate SFE surveys and assessments across ECM markets (Pilot 500, Customer Surveys)
  • Maximize field force performance through Competency & Skill development, continuous improvement of Selling Process and implementation of proven best practices and tools.
  • In collaboration with the Global Sales Excellence team, to continually coach and develop the sales force in their ability to engage with customers and constantly search for excellence.

Expectations towards Candidates:

  • 2-3 years of experience in SFE, incl. Veeva (strongly preferred) or similar CRM system. Experience as Regional Manager will be an advantage
  • Strong business acumen, analytic, conceptual and presentation skills
  • Very well organized and able to work independently
  • Highly developed skills with the ability to communicate, collaborate and optimize solutions within a complex environment and across multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working with international teams & building a positive culture
  • Previous sales or sales leadership experience in a health care environment a strong plus.
