CEE Cross Category Insight Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Leads data analytics & deliver recommendation for CEE region (Poland, Czech & Slovakia, Hungary, Baltics)
  • Strong involvement in development of long- and short-term planning processes
  • Delivers high-impact insight-based inputs and recommendations that drive brand/business strategies to win in the marketplace
  • Business partnership for the  teams in CEE region, daily cooperation with other markets
  • Supports Generating Demand teams and corporate functions (General Management, Communication & Media, Nutrition, CSV, Corporate Communication, Finance) as well as Corporate Communication
  • Leads x-category (and Citizen) research
  • Supports local Innovation strategy
  • Continuously enhances CMI toolbox
  • Assesses key supplier performances & drives continuous improvement
  • QBRs preparation& presentation

Expectations towards candidates:

  • At least 3+ years’ experience in market intelligence/ insights in FMCG or on the agency side
  • High analytical skills
  • Master in Nielsen
  • Fluent English is a must 
  • Proven track record in driving change
  • Good communication skills
