CEE Cross Category Insight Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Leads data analytics & deliver recommendation for CEE region (Poland, Czech & Slovakia, Hungary, Baltics)
- Strong involvement in development of long- and short-term planning processes
- Delivers high-impact insight-based inputs and recommendations that drive brand/business strategies to win in the marketplace
- Business partnership for the teams in CEE region, daily cooperation with other markets
- Supports Generating Demand teams and corporate functions (General Management, Communication & Media, Nutrition, CSV, Corporate Communication, Finance) as well as Corporate Communication
- Leads x-category (and Citizen) research
- Supports local Innovation strategy
- Continuously enhances CMI toolbox
- Assesses key supplier performances & drives continuous improvement
- QBRs preparation& presentation
Expectations towards candidates:
- At least 3+ years’ experience in market intelligence/ insights in FMCG or on the agency side
- High analytical skills
- Master in Nielsen
- Fluent English is a must
- Proven track record in driving change
- Good communication skills
