Event Management Specialist (New Product Initiatives)
Scope of responsibilities:
- Management of the process of new product launch, promotional product launch, recipe/artwork change or discontinuation for local market/export in international environment for one of the markets in Central and Eastern Europe;
- Creating and coordinating of project timing;
- Ensuring appropriate information flow for all the parties involved in the project;
- Communicating project risks, coordinating initiatives aimed at ensuring committed availability date is met;
- Creation of master data workflows in SAP;
- Monitoring of levels of raw and pack materials to ensure volume of write-off is limited;
- Settlement of cost from projects related to product change
- Working out solutions aimed at continuous improvement of project management process in the area of Innovation & Renovation.
Our expectations
- Minimum 2 years of experience at the position in product change area in FMCG environment;
- University Degree -Technical or Business areas are preferred;
- Advanced level of English is a must;
- Experience in using SAP and highly developed Excel skills;
- Proactive approach aimed at identifying the root cause of a problem and finding effective corrective actions;
- Highly developed analytical, and time management skills, eye for detail;
- Responsibility, independence and initiative.
