Product Manager

Product Manager

Job scope:

  • Monitor market dynamics, consumer and HCP insights
  • Develop marketing strategy for dedicated portfolio incl. market, brand shares and financial forecast
  • Implement agreed strategy, recommend the changes if needed
  • In cooperation with other team members – propose activities, communication and materials to have strong brand plans in place with the objective of driving brand penetration
  • Own and manage marketing budget, recommend changes if required
  • Contribute to global innovation strategy deployment - evaluate market potential, prepare strategies and business cases for future launches of new product categories
  • Represent the market in relations with global category team, review global initiatives and materials for their potential in local market, communicate market context and needs to the global functions

Candidate profile:

  • Education: master degree in economics/marketing/social science or life science
  • Experience in brand marketing in one of following categories: diet supplements, dermocosmetics, OTC – both in strategy creation, new product launches as well as activation of current portfolio
  • Consumer/HCP oriented thinking and ability to translate it into market activation
  • Data orientation and fluency in data analysis
  • Open-minded and learning on the fly – readiness to adapt new categories knowledge
  • High level of initiative/entrepreneurship and can-do mindset
  • Well-developed competency of dealing with ambiguity and change
  • Collaborative attitude and highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Fluency or very good knowledge of English, working knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Nice to have: experience in working in international organization (cooperation with global category teams)
