The Nespresso story began with a simple but revolutionary idea: enable anyone to create the perfect cup of espresso coffee – just like a skilled barista. From this beginning more than 30 years ago, the Nespresso brand concept, the Nespresso Trilogy: exceptional coffees, smart and stylish coffee machines and personalized, exclusive services, has revolutionized the way people enjoy their coffee and has evolved from pioneer to being the reference in portioned premium coffee.

Nespresso worldwide since its launch has enjoyed growth year on year. Our ambitions for coming years are sky high. Currently we are looking for CRM Data Analyst with mission to: 
Provide insights to improve the consumer experience and increase customers' life time value by collecting, combining and translating data on customers (behavior), consumers, prospects, market and competition, both B2C and B2B.


Key responsibilities on the position:

•    Provide periodic reporting on key KPI's and expected developments to MT stakeholders, sales channels and HQ
•    Monitor and report relevant trends within the database and communicate them within the organization on regular basis
•    Develop local CRM dashboards to provide evaluation reports of consumer experience campaigns and marketing activities
•    Update the database with all internal and external data and clean, maintain and enrich the database to optimize data quality 
•    Working across customers segmentation groups and channels to identify, recommend and develop programs and campaigns that drive customer loyalty (retention, reactavition) 
•    Campaign management, segmentation and test strategy
•    Perform analyses (deep dives) based on data on e.g. segmentation for B2C and B2B channels, regions and sales channels, both reactively and proactively
•    Develop forecasting & predictive models to generate long-term insights
•    Provide data for pre and post evaluation forms
•    Structure and analyze coffee market data (Nielsen, GFK, Dunnhumby) and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly competition report with relevant content
•    Cooperation with global shared services to improve and automate reporting processes


To succeed in the role the following experience and competencies will be essential:

•    Minimum of 3-5 years experience in data mining/ CRM/ Direct Marketing/ Lifecycle Marketing
•    University degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Econometrics/Quantitative Marketing or related field
•    Practical knowledge of direct marketing metrics, segmentation, data analysis and response measurements
•    Knowledge of SPSS/SAS or similar statistics package, and SAP BusinessObjects / SQL or other data query tool
•    Analytical experience using software tools in a business oriented environment (Power BI, Excel)
•    Experience with data preparation, analysis and visualization
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Fluent in English
•    Open - minded and willingness to learn
•    Strong team player
•    Effective under pressure
•    Strong ethics and integrity
•    Excellent work organization. 
Preferably also:
•    Experience with geoanalytical software (Regiograph, Mapinfo, etc)
•    Experience in retention activities and churn risk modeling
•    Experience with campaign management tools
