After an internal promotion, we now have a full-time permanent opportunity for a hungry and pro-active person to join the business as one of our  Account Managers.  This a great opportunity to work with market leading brands and teams.
 

Position Summary
A very exciting role as you will be responsible for the full Nestlé portfolio within your allocated Customer partners. This will see you engage with all the Nestlé Category, Brand and Commercial teams as you will have the opportunity to work across our Total Portfolio of brands.

In this role, you will be required to:
•    Develop a Customer Centric relationship with your Customers to make Nestle a supplier of choice within their business and taking the relationship to the next level
•    Facilitate excellence by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing learnings.
•    Work cross functionally with Category, Brand, Commercial Planning, Supply Chain & Field teams to develop sales generating initiatives.
•    Proactively manage the dating / salvage stock process across all BUs to minimise stock write offs and recover maximum costs.
•    Proactive at developing solutions, Implement, follow up and continuously update plans across all touchpoints.

What will make you successful…
We are looking for someone who is passionate, driven, has excellent communication, interpersonal as well as time management skills. You will have a hunger to learn and will thrive in a highly competitive & collaborative commercial environment. You will bring the perfect mix of thinking big and backing it up with the being all over details.  This role is fast-paced and will require you to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. 
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will have:
•    At least 2 years experience within FMCG Grocery  - could be sales and/or category. 
•    Proven track record of successfully delivering on KPI’s.
•    Analytical skills and commercial acumen
•    You’ll also be tech savvy; proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint and have good presentation skills.
•    Ability to collaborate effectively.
•    Power BI skills will be advantageous
Organisational skills and the ability to balance priorities is key.
Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand and have Permanent Residency.
