Position Summary


• Provide insight and strongly support a fact-based decision-making process, based on current business environment and specialist financial knowledge and by challenging new strategies as well as the status quo. 
• Ensure quality financial information is used by the business for decision-making and that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood. Promote the use of external and internal information for benchmarking. 
• Prepare dynamic forecasts, budgets and monthly financial statements.
• Review monthly performance and identify areas of risk to the achievement of targets and forecasts and develop / follow-up action plans. 
• Analyze and challenge product portfolio to identify cost optimization opportunities, eliminate value destroyers and maximize the return on investment. 
• Close cooperation with the business and functional controllers of all areas, the audit teams and the Swiss headquarter.

 

A day in the life of...


• Business studies with focus on Finance/Controlling successfully completed
• Experience (minimum 3 years) in Finance & Controlling
• Analytical and cost-conscious thinking, it is easy for you to quickly recognize connections and comprehend systems holistically
• Outstanding team player (f/m/d) with a high degree of independence, dynamism and responsibility
• Fast and pragmatic way of working as well as very good English and German skills
• Excellent MS-Excel knowledge, ideally experience with SAP and Power BI

For this position, we offer a monthly gross salary starting at € 3.000,- (on a full-time basis) depending on qualifications and professional experience, a corresponding overpayment is possible.
