In the Human Resources department, Vienna, we offer the following opportunity
Head of Talent (w/m/d)
Full-time or from 30h/week, hybrid (location Vienna Central Station with up to 60 % home office)
Your key responsibilities include
- Lead, develop and implement the Nestlé in the market Talent strategy, ensuring effective attraction,
Retention and development of top talent - Drive the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) roadmap for the market, placing a strong emphasis on the
Nestlé Needs YOUth initiative and fostering partnerships with external organizations - Manage the Talent Cycle and ensure effective Succession Planning & Talent Management
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting training programs, workshops, and
knowledge-sharing opportunities in alignment with business needs - Establish a best-in-class Employer branding strategy to be and stay an employer of choice
- Lead, develop, and coach 3-4 professionals within our Talent team
What will make you succeed
- Solid experience in HR with a focus on Talent Management & Learning, ideally within an
international environment - Passion for leading and creating an engaging employee experience with a strong interest in HR Trends
- Both strategic vision and a hands-on operational approach to develop and implement strategies, while
also being actively involved in day-to-day operations - Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and
manage multiple priorities effectively - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage
stakeholders at all levels - Proficiency in English and German Language

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting from € 5.000 on a full-time basis, as well as a performance-related bonus.
