                    Procurement Specialist (f/m/d), 30 h

Your key responsibilities include:

 

•    Supplier creation, supplier change and support (vendor master data)
•    Responsibility for understanding, communicating and helping to implement sourcing strategies 
•    Gathering data and business requirements and convey local requirements to transmit them to the procurement team for setting actions/strategies accordingly 
•    Providing knowledge and expertise to suggest enhancements to current solutions & processes and deploy solutions required 
•    Implementing new solutions and driving the strategy of the functional stream in the procurement organization
•    Being the procurement contact person across all businesses for technical support/leading trainings for new requestors

 

Successful candidates:

 

•    Have a degree in economics, ideally with a focus on logistics/supply chain management
•    Have already worked in procurement or supply chain, ideally in the FMCG/store retail or pharmaceutical sector
•    Possess excellent analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
•    Are organizational and communication talents and enjoy working with a wide variety of departments and hierarchical levels (also in English)
•    Ability to convince others
•    Drives initiatives, adapt quickly to new situations and work in a solution-oriented manner
•    Are technically interested and have excellent Excel as well as SAP skills
•    Have a resilient personality and can cope well with challenging situations
•    Have a "hands-on" mentality and strong team player qualities completing their profile
