POSITION SUMMARY:
Introducing Nestlé Purina’s new Williamsburg Township, Ohio, factory – just 30 miles east of Cincinnati. This world-class factory will be built from the ground up to produce a wide variety of some of the most trusted and beloved pet care brands in the U.S. Our passionate team in Williamsburg Township will work in an environment that values safety, the latest technology in manufacturing and a culture of learning. As an Associate Manager of Manufacturing Excellence, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting plant productivity by implementing Nestlé’s Continuous Excellence (NCE) improvement methodologies (including Total Performance Management, Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma methodologies). This role will act as support to the Manufacturing Excellence Manager as a member of the factory leadership team and provide direct leadership to our team of Continuous Improvement Leads.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Continuous improvement project support and leadership, including the delegated supervision of employees allocated to those assignments
- Responsible for driving and implementing TPM (Total Performance Management) methodologies through direct coaching and training
- Perform regular focused improvement assessments to ensure the correct application of methods, coaching, and knowledge sharing
- Support and direct coaching for all Nestle Continuous Excellence pillars to drive world class manufacturing
- Responsible for supporting industrial performance activities in the factory, including Nestle manufacturing performance metrics
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in Total Performance Management (TPM) and a focus on continuous improvement efforts within a manufacturing, military, or related environment
- 1+ years coaching, training or leadership experience
Other:
- Experience with Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, or Lean Manufacturing preferred
- Advanced experience with PowerBI
- Willingness to travel up to 25%

The approximate pay range for this position is $90,000 to $126,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
