As a Senior Expert Engineer (Project Manager-Controls, Automation, & Electrical) you will plan, conduct, and coordinate Engineering design and execution covering all aspects of electrical, controls, and automation as applied to capital projects. You will be responsible for maintaining visibility to the design process and assure adherence to all established key components and project deliverables. Coordinating with various stakeholders, you will directly manage overall project execution on Electrical and Automation projects.
- Set Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Electricity and Automation (E&A) standards, in line with corporate guidelines.
- Support the green field investment projects by handling detail coordination for design of the Electrical and Automation system
- Lead the Capital Investments projects in the factory ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and is delivered with the expected quality, being on time and in budget.
- Support pre-project documentation preparation to include pre-concept and associated documentations, flow sheets, Process and Instrumentation Diagram, layouts, planning, hazard and operability, and design specifications regarding E&A, including the scope implementation and digital initiatives.
- Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products and environment
- Support preparation of the user and technical specifications, coordinating the requirements of the main users (production, quality, etc.) and support the implementation and training of operators and maintenance crews.
- Designated subject matter expert in electrical, automation, and controls engineering

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment required

- Project Management Professional certification preferred
The approximate pay range for this position is $137,000 to $192,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
