POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Stockroom Coordinator, you will be responsible for the Williamsburg Township Receiving programs for all MRO, indirect material, Major Maintenance and Capital projects. In this role, you will establish receiving goals and objectives to develop and implement innovative Storeroom inventory ideas and solutions to reduce cycle count deviations and material loss. You will assist the Engineering, Maintenance and Storeroom departments to enhance performance, reliability, and quality improvements at the site through receiving initiatives.
This position will work a schedule of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Primary Responsibilities
- Receive equipment and materials required by Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Warehouse, and QA to operate effectively and efficiently
- Oversee material and part delivery to appropriate locations (Storeroom, Bin Location, Front Office, Production floor, Managers offices, etc.)
- Receive MRO (Maintenance Repair & Operations) parts to maintain inventory levels as well as purchase requests generated through work orders. Coordinate with planner/schedulers and maintenance team leaders on all new part set ups with accurate descriptions, proper part numbers and internal control ID’s.
- Develop and report on Purchasing/Receiving KPI’s. Maintain all vendor, receiver, capital, and major maintenance project files
- Monitor workflow to ensure work order parts and services are received and distributed on a timely basis
- Work closely with accounting and accounts payable to ensure invoices and accruals are handled timely and accurately
- Maintain daily interaction with the Maintenance department to monitor and maintain service levels with vendors and suppliers
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of experience working with inventory management, ordering, purchasing or data entry in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment

- Experience using SAP preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $39,000 to $55,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
