Scope
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to act as the key link between site operations, Group IT, and external technology partners. This is a hands-on, business-facing role that combines site-level IT coordination, stakeholder engagement, vendor governance, and Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) key-user responsibilities.
Supporting around 200 employees, you will oversee day-to-day IT operations across the Bromborough site, covering end-user support, local infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration, hardware management and business applications. You'll work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure operational technology and shop-floor systems remain reliable and effective.
Alongside maintaining business-as-usual activity, you'll act as a key site contact for major technology initiatives, particularly the Dynamics 365 implementation, supporting testing, training, user adoption and go-live readiness. You will also help maintain security, compliance and business continuity standards while managing relationships with key technology vendors and service providers
A bit about us
Sincereal Group is a dynamic and growing company providing private label offers to customers in Europe. With locations in UK and France, our factories complement each other enabling us to provide a wide range of products to our customers. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a new company that is a major, sustainable and competitive player in the growing cereal private label market
Role Purpose
Day-to-day IT support
- Provide first- and second-line support to approximately 200 employees at the Bromborough site, across office and shop-floor environments
- Manage end-user computing: laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and meeting-room AV
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding, account setup and access requests
- Own the IT request queue, keep users informed and escalate to the Head of Group IT or external partners where needed
Infrastructure and site systems
- Keep the site network, connectivity, Wi-Fi and local servers running reliably
- Support the manufacturing / OT and shop-floor systems alongside operations and engineering teams
- Carry out routine identity and account administration (Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID)
- Maintain the hardware inventory and support hardware lifecycle and procurement
Applications and ERP support
- Support the wider application landscape (Microsoft 365, quality systems, EDI, reporting tools) at site level
- Act as an on-site key-user contact for the Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementation — helping with data gathering, testing, training and go-live support
- Help embed new processes and tools with users once the platform is live
Security and compliance
- Follow and help apply group security policies — patching, backups, endpoint protection and access controls
- Support GDPR and IT general controls / audit requirements at the site
- Help maintain business continuity and disaster-recovery readiness locally
Vendor coordination
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for managed service providers, telecoms and hardware vendors
- Track and follow up on tickets, deliveries and issues, escalating to the Head of Group IT as required
