Position Summary
We have an opportunity for one Forklift truck driver working within the Physical Logistics team, the role is based at our Purina factory in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

A day in the life of Physical Logistics Forklift Truck Operator
Reporting to the Logistics Manager your main accountability will be to be part of a team unloading deliveries to the site and supplying the Alupouch plants with materials.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve results
- Ensure high safety and quality standards are adhered to.
- Approach work with a continuous improvement mind-set.
- Comply with all company ISO, SAP & HACCP procedures.
- Support with factory activities in order to achieve KPIs.
What will make you successful
The successful candidates will have ideally worked in a Supply Chain role before, and be an experienced forklift truck driver, professional and care about the safety of themselves and others.
You will need to demonstrate you care about always delivering high quality service and have a good understanding of health and safety legislation. You will be able to demonstrate ownership, high levels of results focus and strong communication skills.
We are looking for people who enjoy solving problems and exploring how things work, whilst continually thinking of new ideas to improve safety, quality and performance to meet consumer needs.
