Position Snapshot
Position Summary

This is a position to drive all the KA business for Region Central, Wyeth Nutrition China.

1) Develop region key account strategy base on key account market dynamics and customer insight in given region

2) Build up strategic relationship with key accounts in given region, explore the cooperation approaches, negotiate and achieve partnership agreement, so as to successfully deliver customer development targets and KPIs  

3) Design region-based customer development promotion plan, deliver national key account promotion plan and responsible for other key account activities in given region    

4) Timely respond to the request of key account and provide them with premium service and targeted solutions, ensure the timely supply of products and responsible for the AR management

5) Coordinate with region customer development team to ensure efficient and effective operation of promotion plan, logistic, financial and customer development results, product launching, etc.

6) Provide professional coach and act as an expert in key account management area, so as to improve the team capability  in region level

What Will Make You Successful?

1. More than 10 years working experience and at least 5 years experience in key account management ;
2. Has consistently demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse customer development roles.                                    
3. Proven ability to build effective relationship with customer;
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and ability to multi-task
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skill
6. Excellent presentation skill
