We have an opportunity for a talented individual to join as Finance Credit Manager in a role that will provide tremendous exposure working across our UK&I businesses.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to really impact the business and develop their leadership skills. The role has exposure to senior management stakeholders including Sales Team Leads and Finance Controllers across both Sales and Category teams. The Credit Management team operates as an integral part of the Order to Cash (O2C) E2E, working closely with other parts of O2C right across the customer landscape.
The role will appeal to a qualified accountant seeking career progression in a large organisation, an experienced Credit Manager or a Collections Manager looking to broaden their experience outside of Accounts Receivable.

Your Impact
The Credit Manager is responsible for leading an effective credit management process in Nestlé. Within the role you will:
- Provide Finance partnering support to Sales teams and Finance Controllers to manage customer risk exposure across the business
- Champion the focus on trade receivables to minimise working capital and oversee the collections strategy within O2C
- Maintain the market credit policy, ensure the consistent application of terms, undertake credit reviews and ensure credit limits/risk categories are closely managed
- Ensure the effective reporting of KPIs, leading regular reviews on any overdue issues and managing the calculation of any doubtful allowances/bad debts
- Manage the relationship with external third-party Credit Agencies who provide risk insight
- Oversee the internal process for the release/rejection of orders blocking for credit issues
Your ingredients for success
To be successful in this role you will have previous Finance (as a qualified accountant), Credit Management or Accounts Receivable experience with a proven record of accomplishment. You will also demonstrate strong leadership behaviours across competencies including Impact, Connect, Collaborate and Deliver that are critical to success in this role.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with a wide group of stakeholders both within and outside of finance. You will be confident dealing with stakeholders, interpreting data and making regular recommendations at multiple levels, with insight gathered from the review of internal metrics, credit agency information and market intelligence.
