What will you do?
When you join Nestlé on our 10-week Finance Internship Scheme, you will be given the opportunity to learn all about the different types of finance roles that play a big part in supporting the world’s largest food and drinks manufacturer. Throughout the internship, you will lead a specific finance project, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge in a practical way. While taking full ownership of the project you will receive guidance from an experienced mentor, ensuring you have the support required to deliver against the timescales set.
You’ll demonstrate your passion for finance, and we’ll give you the autonomy to have a meaningful impact in the work you do whilst connecting with various finance teams across Nestlé. This experience will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of what it’s like to work in finance within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

We prioritise compliance and ensure it is a core focus for everyone. Our F&C team provide financial expertise across all categories and functions in the UK & Ireland. Key elements such as accurate forecasting, robust internal controls, insightful analytics, and transformational projects are vital for enhancing decision-making and streamlining financial processes. Eligibility requirements
You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time-limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
You will need to be in your penultimate year of university studying towards any degree discipline with a real passion for finance. You’ll be committed to the scheme and demonstrate your enthusiasm and your willingness to learn during the internship.
The recruitment journey

Once you have completed this stage, we will notify you if you are selected to attend an assessment day which will be in February or March 2026. It may take a little bit of time between assessment stages to get back to you; we really appreciate your patience.
