Position Summary

Reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager, the Forecast & Planning Analyst will be responsible for the delivery of short, medium and long-term demand forecasts and corresponding capacity plans to support our outsourced partners, in house workforce and warehouse functions to achieve our business objectives.

A day in the life of Forecast & Planning Analyst...

As a Forecast & Planning Analyst you will be responsible for:


•    The short, medium and long-term demand forecasting across voice and non-voice channels
•    Co-ordinating and consolidating the regular planning reviews with partners
•    Performing scenario modelling to enable management to understand the impact of different scenarios.
•    Creating and populating performance vs forecast tracking for the business across multiple functions.
•    Producing senior stakeholder end user friendly, MI visualizations and dashboards.
•    Producing medium and long term (2 to 12 months out) capacity planning and requirements for outsourced partners. 

What will make you successful

The successful candidate will bring solid experience in call centre planning, business modelling and forecasting management. You will have expert knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel as well as knowledge and usage of analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau. You will be a self starter who is able to hit the ground running and make an impact.

 

You will also: 
•    Have previous experience of Telopti or similar Workforce planning system(s)
•    Be an experienced analyst in collating and processing large amount of data into palatable use.
•    Be able to find and process and trend and or correlations in large amount of data.
•    Have the ability to work across functions collaboratively to deliver quality output
