Position Summary

This role will be recruited on a permanent basis, and will form part of the Nestle Centre Of Scale team. Both roles really are at the heart of Nestlé Talent Acquisition operations providing a best in class administration support service across our end to end recruitment and employee change processes.  

 

Where do we start…You’ll act as the key link between an array of different teams and stakeholders, working collaboratively to provide administrative support whilst ensuring we are compliant in all of our Employee Candidate activities.

A day in the life of...
  • Pro-actively work with the relevant Talent Acquisition Partners enabling an effective and compliant end to end recruitment process is achieved. You’ll do this through ensuring both our hiring managers and candidates have the very best experience throughout every touch point with us.
  • Provide administrative support through internal and external recruitment.
  • Approach Employee Candidate process with a Continuous Improvement mind-set to identify efficiencies  
  • Identify and drive improvements across our end-to-end Employee Candidate processes providing support, coaching and training as and when required.
  • Govern all of our Employee Candidate processes to ensure compliance is adhered to, helping us to strive towards a world class Talent Acquisition function.
  • Work collaboratively across the entire Centre of Scale and Talent Acquisition team, providing support and guidance.  
What will make you successful

As the successful candidate you’ll have experience of building great relationships and delivering excellent customer service across different stakeholders, both internally and externally. You’ll be able to flex your style when needed and feel comfortable to challenge the status quo, acting as an ambassador to drive continuous improvement activities across everything we do. You’ll pride yourself on having a can do attitude whilst working to a right first time approach and you’ll also:

  • Approach tasks in a well organised way, being able to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Adapt to new ways of working and have strong administration skills.
  • Understand the importance of been able to navigate your way through situations that can often be ambiguous and time pressured.
  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook, if you have previous experience of GLOBE then great but it’s not essential.
    For us, we value these qualities over past HR/recruitment experience. So don’t worry if you haven’t got previous experience, we’ll provide you with all the training to do a great job.
