Position Summary                                         

 

We have a great part time opportunity for a talented individual to join our HR Operations team in York as Learning and Development Coordinator. Joining our high performing team will allow you to gain invaluable exposure into a range of business areas.

 

 

A day in the life of… 

The main purpose of the role is to provide a flawless Learning and Development administrative service. You will specialise in the administration and support of compliance training courses via iLEARN across our manufacturing sites as well as supporting our centralised HR function and factories with procurement support.

 

You will work closely with your business area to develop an annual schedule of courses which meets business requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • To ensure eLearning is assigned to the correct employees.
  • Set up standard and dynamic assignments depending on the needs of the market.
  • Maintaining PO logs for factories and HROps as well processing purchasing activities such as goods receipting, recharging via ICOforms and journals and running cost centre reports.
  • Maintaining records of training to a highly accurate level to demonstrate compliance.
  • Work with and support the above market team with queries and process improvement
  • Providing complex and accurate reports to track progress
  • Focus on providing general HR support in being flexible and agile to support other areas across the team.

What will make you successful?

 

You will need to have a strong administrative background in a fast paced environment, be pro-active and self-motivated. You’ll also have the ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

 

You will be highly organised and methodical in your approach with an excellent attention to detail whilst working with empathy at all times.

 

Previous administrative experience and strong IT skills are essential.
