You will:

  • Collaborate with people leaders across Nestlé UK & Ireland to support employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and complex employee relations queries. Coach and support these leaders to enhance their skills in developing and managing their teams, fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.
  • Partner with the Centre of Competence and Centre of Scale to assist and occasionally lead the implementation of HR projects and Continuous Improvement initiatives across Nestlé UK & Ireland.
  • Evaluate current organisational design and work with leaders to create structures that align with business strategy, including clarifying job descriptions, reporting lines, and accountability frameworks. Track project milestones to ensure effective introduction, implementation, and sustainability of changes.
  • Provide HR guidance to managers and employees during transitions, ensuring smooth navigation through changes such as restructuring and role transitions. Act as a cultural steward by reinforcing organisational values during these changes and supporting employees throughout the process.

This position provides the flexibility and autonomy to proactively address challenges and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. It involves tackling people-related issues and projects, developing tailored solutions, and collaborating within a team of People Partners to deliver a consistent and effective HR service.
