Salary: £35,000- £39,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + generous pension scheme + 12 flexible days on top of 25-day holiday entitlement + 2 paid volunteering days + other fantastic benefits!

Position Summary
An exciting opportunity awaits to join the THub team as a Process Optimizer. You will be involved in reviewing and onboarding our Raw and Pack network onto the THUB ways of working, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity to join a global business and play a crucial role in expanding the THUB portfolio.
Nestle's THub-North, based in York, serves as the first European Transport Hub, responsible for planning and executing cross-border road and intermodal transportation within Europe. Our focus is on optimizing efficiency, cost, service, and sustainability across Nestle's European network of factories, distribution centres, and inbound raw and packaging materials from major suppliers.

A day in the life of a Process Optimiser
This role will be heavily focussed on project delivery with a particular focus on onboarding of new suppliers.
As part of your role, there will be quarterly travel to other European Nestle hubs, however we would not expect this to exceed more than 5 periods of travel throughout the length of the contract.
- Identifying and reviewing potential suppliers for onboarding
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding journey, from initial contact to go-live and hyper care
- Conducting meetings with stakeholders and project SPOCs to provide regular updates on onboarding progress
- Presenting progress reports to senior management
- Analysing data in excel and Power BI to make informed decisions
- Utilizing improvement techniques to drive performance enhancement and eliminate process waste
What will make you successful
To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of project delivery and implementation.
Previous experience in international or domestic transport planning would be an advantage but is not essential.
Key experiences and characteristics:
- Experience in managing and delivering projects
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across various functions and markets are essential.
- Proficiency in excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is a must, along with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and utilize persuasion skills.
- Resilience in the face of challenges will also contribute to your success.
