Work Pattern: Full time on site with some travel to other Nestlé locations as required

You will be ambitious to lean and work alongside expert SHE professionals who will provide you with support and mentorship whilst completing a recognised SHE apprenticeship.  

You will gain insights into the workings of how a complex manufacturing organisation works in an ever changing environment where you will be empowered to make decisions and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of SHE situations. What will you learn? 
•    SHE fundamentals: Develop a solid understanding of SHE principles while working in a fast-paced environment where your decisions can influence operational performance, product quality, and workplace safety.
•    Innovative problem-solving: Leverage the skills you develop during the scheme to address real-time SHE challenges. Identifying opportunities and implementing creative solutions for sustainable success. 
•    Agility and adaptability: Embrace the challenge of collaborating with a range of different teams and adapting to various areas of the factory and office environments. 
•    System and tools: Gain exposure to SHE systems, risk assessments, incident investigations, auditing and continuous improvement activities.
•    Continuous industry insight: Gain firsthand experience of emerging trends and external factors that influence SHE practices, deepening your understanding of the ever-evolving SHE landscape.

Eligibility requirements 

•    You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time-limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.   
•    You will have lived in the UK for 3 years prior to the start date of this apprenticeship scheme. 
•    Maths and English Language GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9-4 (A*-C if taken before 2017). Original certificates will need to be provided during the recruitment process. 
•    You will need to be 18 by the 1st September 2026. 
•    You will need to meet the Apprentice Government eligibility criteria for this role.
