We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Finance Manager to lead a Finance team which will based in our York office. The Sales Finance team support all of the UK sales teams and the Order to Cash end-to-end process. Leading a team of c13 members, you will work closely with the Commercial Excellence team, the wider Sales function, Sales Controlling, and the Order to Cash Centres of Competence (CoC) and Scale (CoS), providing best-in-class Finance support, guidance and governance.

Your impact
As a Sales Finance Manager you will have a passion for making a difference, be an outstanding finance professional and will enthusiastically support your team, promoting a continuous improvement mentality. You will provide a high-level service to the relevant NiM categories in the UK that you support. Working closely with our colleagues in the Order to Cash CoC/CoS to help make the end-to-end process even more effective.
Your other key responsibilities will include:
- Driving team capability and instilling a right first-time mind-set
- Achieving lead time targets for deduction clearance
- Supporting the resolution of customer disputes
- Ensuring that aged accruals are managed in a timely fashion and reduced as quickly as possible
- Ensuring that trade spend events are settled in a timely fashion to support post evaluation
Your ingredients for success
You will have a track record of motivating and developing people, have demonstrated success in a ‘Commercial Finance’ role previously, and can demonstrate strong influencing, communication, networking and analytical skills. Previous line management experience (either at Nestle or prior) would be preferable.
You will have;
- The ability to lead, develop, and motivate finance teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Strong ownership of finance processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and control.
- Effective use of financial systems and data to enable insight and decision‑making.
- Solid technical and commercial finance expertise
