Position Summary

We have a great opportunity for a talented individual to join as a Workforce Planning Analyst in the CRC team reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager.  Within the team you will be responsible for the management and development of the intraday and short-term plans across multiple workflows as well as working closely with the reporting team to robustly communicate centre performance. The role requires an analytical, proactive mind-set and the ability to react quickly to customer needs.

A day in the life of...

As a Workforce Planning Analyst you will work closely with the forecasters and the sales team to provide the best possible service to our customers by optimising contact centre performance through actions, analysis and insight. You will be also be responsible for:

  • Managing SLA, resource ad workflows across all sites
  • Providing business intelligence and insight to support improved short and long term efficiency
  • Providing revised short-term intraday forecasts
  • Supporting with the creation of any necessary MI required for better informed decision making
  • Implementing Continuous Improvement methodology to review and enhance existing processes
  • Supporting any ad-hoc reporting requirements for specific presentations, meetings or projects
  • Sharing knowledge, technical expertise and ideas with colleagues.
What will make you successful

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Cognos and/or Power BI Experience
  • Strong mathematic and numeracy skills
  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, VBA/Macros and database creation/management
  • SQL experience is preferable
  • Interpretation of data from multiple sources and ability to present data in a meaningful format
  • Customer and Solution focussed with a drive to succeed and deliver
  • A strong attention to detail
  • A Continuous Improvement mind-set with an ability to learn
  • Experience of presenting and delivering to different level of stakeholders
  • Proven experience of driving performance and delivering results
  • Organised and detailed with good analysis and presentation skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
