As a Commercial Development Specialist Coffee, your role is to incorporate shopper insights into trade implementation, while driving growth of channel and Coffee category.

 


 

Trade Marketing Specialist Coffee


A day in the life of Trade Marketing Specialist Coffee

  • Incorporate shopper insights into all trade implementation.
  • Understand and utilize category growth drivers and the omnic/channel category strategy process.
  • Ensure that all initiatives reflect agreed category growth drivers and activation platforms.
  • Build customer initiatives based on category growth drivers/activation platforms.
  • Implement category channel plans in line with agreed channel prioritization.
  • Monitor and ensure that channel prioritization and plans are accurately reflected in sales plans and trade implementation.
  • Incorporate a strategic relationship management (SRM) mindset, analysis, and knowledge into daily routines and processes.
  • Align with corporate processes and tools for consistency.
  • Drive the alignment of executable brand, channel, customer, and field sales plans to meet business targets.
  • Coordinate and track the delivery of commercial plans to leverage opportunities, optimize resources, and maximize synergies.

 

 

What will make you successful?

  • Ideally, you have at least 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, customer management, sales, or related field.
  • You have great negotiation capabilities, as well as strong bussines planning skills.
  • You are a team player and result-focused with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
  • You are advanced user of MS Office package.
