Trade Marketing and Sales Assistant – Purina

A day in the life of Trade Marketing and Sales Assistant – Purina

• Monitor and analyze the Market Development and Sales budget to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Actively participate in the monthly and quarterly reporting processes to support business planning and execution.
• Create and manage work structures and forms, as well as procurement requests, in accordance with procedures.
• Analyze market competitiveness and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
• Conduct advertising analysis with customers and track results to optimize performance.
• Use Nielsen reports to track distribution in specialized channels and suggest improvements.
• Perform distribution analysis and provide recommendations for optimization.
• In close collaboration with other teams, develop local channel plans and strategies to align with business objectives.
• Implement processes and ensure their effective execution across all relevant channels.
• Manage the development of promotional materials for sales points, including displays, holders, and other promotional materials for retaileres, vet clinics and cat/dog shows
• Oversee projects for packaging with recommended retail prices, from initial concept to finalization.
• Coordinate co-packing processes and ensure timely delivery of finished products.

What will make you successful?

• University degree in a relevant field (economy, business, or marketing preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or similar roles, preferably in FMCG
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in English and advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
