POSITION SUMMARY:  

 

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be a resource for employees concerning employee benefits, leave administration, attendance, job bidding, and training. This is role is also responsible for payroll for hourly and salary employees as well as hourly recruiting for the factory. The HR Coordinator will provide support for employee files, new hire orientation, and training.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSABILTIES

 

  • Key payroll hours and adjustments in Kronos for on-cycle processing in SAP, running reports in both systems, balancing hours, verifying calculations of hours, taxes and deductions. Responsible for proper tracking of payments to assure deductions are paid in full and handling of garnishment correspondence as well as dealing with courts in regards to garnishments. Provide weekly/ monthly reports to departments of current and historical payroll data. Check status and rate changes to employee records in both SAP and Kronos.
  • Maintain all employee records, keeping them up to date for accurate record
    keeping.  This includes personal history and job history. Will also be responsible for all SuccessFactors intake forms.
  • Coordinate all hourly recruiting efforts including interview, job bidding, pre-employment requirements.
  • Administer leave program with Sedgwick to include FMLA and Short-Term Disability.
  • Coordinate and participate in New Hire Orientation.
  • Track and administer attendance program.
  • Support Education and Training (E&T) program.

 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: High School Education or GED required; Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-year Human Resources or administration required. Previous experience in payroll and leave management preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and time-management skills. Must be able to work with deadlines. Computer experience in MS Office required.
