POSITION SUMMARY: 

 

The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing HR and administrative support to associates in the Zanesville facility. The primary functions will be to coordinate associate events and recognition opportunities, maintain the facility badge and key access system, greet visitors and answer phone calls, and assist Safety and Engineering managers with their programs.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Support HR department goals driving excellence in people processes
  • Maintain facility badge and key access systems.
  • Greet visitors and answer main phone line.
  • Organize and maintain contract repository for facility.
  • Work with engineering to track ISN requirements for contractors.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Support safety department tracking and testing.
  • Provide support to HR Manager, HR Generalist and other department managers as needed.

 

REQUIRMENTS:

 

  • High School Education or GED required, Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-year Human Resources or administration required

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $41,000--$58,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
