A day in the life of a Supply Chain Intern:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide support regarding supply chain processes and issues.
- Order Management: Assist in managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in order processing and timely delivery.
- Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance metrics and customer feedback to help drive improvements.
What will make you successful?
- Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with various stakeholders
