Position Summary

We are now looking for a Supply Chain Intern to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

A day in the life of a Supply Chain Intern:                                        

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide support regarding supply chain processes and issues.
• Order Management: Assist in managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in order processing and timely delivery.
• Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance metrics and customer feedback to help drive improvements.

What will make you successful?

• Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with supply chain management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with various stakeholders
