A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Establish Nespresso as the leading coffee brand in the Out of Home segment.
- Develop a competitive B2B Channel in the market to manage sustainable, profitable growth in a proactive way, implementing the regional strategy by seizing business opportunities and coordinating the team and related support functions effectively.
- Strategy and Execution:
- Develop, implement and execute vision and strategy for the Nespresso B2B business for the different channels in the market.
- Develop, implement and monitor annual B2B operational plan.
- Develop and manage the market’s distribution network according to the Channel & Distribution strategy defined by HQ.
- Collect market & competitive intelligence and transmit to int. management, present the market and its specificities at an international level.
- Effectively collaborate with B2C Division in view to overall brand/business development and management of shared services.
- Commercial Drive:
- Implement international commercial guidelines (e.g. Sales and Trade Terms, Channel guidelines, SF remuneration, etc.) and establish effective relationship building with customers
- Participate at an international level to the elaboration and realization of commercial projects.
- Coordinate with the market’s Marketing (CRM) and CRC function to guarantee high standards of customer relationship management.
- Active participation to Consensus Demand Planning process, to coordinate and ensure with Supply Chain the adequate supply of machines, coffee, accessories etc. to ensure provision to B2B customers.
- Challenge areas of improvement supported by concrete action plans
- P&L Management:
- Continuously monitor budget spend as per Operational Plan(OP) in terms of quantitative achievements vs targets and qualitative respect of corporate audit guidelines.
- Implement and follow up PFME budgets validated in OP process as well as CAPEX and Genex budgets in collaboration with Finance.
- Ensure & monitor consistency of validated FTE capacity.
