POSITION SNAPSHOT

 

  • Working location: Nestlé Dong Nai Factory (Bien Hoa 2 IZ, Dong Nai)
  • Working time: Mon – Fri (08:00 – 17:15)
  • Reporting line: Engineering Manager

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Project Execution & Delivery

 

  • Coordinate engineering projects through all phases of execution, from planning to handover.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure project scope, deliverables and technical requirements are clearly defined and executed.
  • Identify project risks, drive mitigation actions and escalate issues where required.
  • Prepare and communicate regular project progress updates to stakeholders.

 

Technical Engineering

 

  • Support development and review of technical specifications, engineering drawings, layouts, and equipment documentation.
  • Evaluate engineering solutions to ensure safety, reliability, maintainability and operational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate equipment installation, testing, commissioning and start-up activities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during project execution and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Ensure smooth transition and handover to Operations and Maintenance teams.

 

Stakeholder & Contractor Management

 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
  • Coordinate external suppliers, contractors and consultants to ensure project activities are completed according to plan.
  • Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and facilitate effective project communication.
  • Monitor contractor performance and compliance with technical and safety standards.

 

Safety, Quality & Compliance

 

  • Ensure all project activities comply with company standards, engineering practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a strong safety culture throughout project execution and contractor management.
  • Support risk assessments, safety reviews and quality verification activities during installation and commissioning phases.
  • Ensure proper project documentation and change control processes are maintained.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.

 

Experience

 

  • 2-4 years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Automation or Project Engineering within an industrial environment.
  • Experience in engineering project execution, equipment installation, commissioning or technical improvement initiatives is preferred.
  • Exposure to cross-functional project teams and contractor management

 

Technical Skils

 

  • Good understanding of engineering principles and industrial equipment.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, layouts, technical specifications and project documentation.
  • Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, KPI tracking and risk management.
  • Familiarity with industrial safety and engineering standards.
  • Experience with project management and digital tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP, Power BI or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills.
