POSITION SUMMARY

Support and maintain IT systems and business applications to ensure seamless sales operations, data accuracy, and system performance across the South region. The role will manage user access, support tickets, IT assets, application issues, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for timely resolution and system enhancements.

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

• Sales Operations Support: Ensure seamless functionality of sales applications and resolve field and distributor-related system and data issues.

• User Access Management: Manage user accounts, access rights, onboarding, and offboarding activities.

• IT Support: Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs, escalating complex issues where required.

• Application Support: Coordinate with IT teams and suppliers on application issues, system changes, SKU updates, and enhancements.

• System Performance: Conduct regular application health checks to ensure effective system utilization, reporting, and data accuracy.

• IT Assets & Training: Maintain IT asset records, conduct periodic audits, and facilitate user training on applications and IT assets.

• Project Coordination: Support IT initiatives and maintain effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in IT systems, business applications, databases, or cloud services.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and data analytics tools.

• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python.

• Strong understanding of data management and IT best practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and conduct user training.
