The THUB capacity specialist is an associate forming part of both the planning and execution teams responsible for transportation planning and operations. Within the team, the capacity specialist will perform execution-level service-provider relationship management, ad-hoc provider selection, loss recovery, and other transportation cost/service-based optimization activities for Nestle as they pertain to the selection and management of provider capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• • Execute hub strategies based on cost and service while ensuring carriers are assigned to move all planned loads
• • Identify and escalate gaps in carrier coverage with respect to factors like service, cost, and performance
• • Undertake role of being operational point of contact for all carrier queries
