A day in the life of...

• Drive the Demand & Supply Plan on Coffee, Machines, and Accessories within:
   
  Set-Up Activities:
  - Establish and execute core configurations of new BTQ in Nessoft.
  - Activate new products in the boutique portfolio to ensure timely availability
  - Develop proposals and configure system parameters for minimum and maximum stock levels, leveraging historical data and demand analysis, storage capacity etc.
  - Define and maintain the delivery calendar, implementing ad-hoc adjustments to align with customer demand and satisfaction goals
   
  Preparation & Creation Activities:
  - Ontime and accurate order creation for BTQ and N-Points by integrating consumer demand, consumption trends, promotional factors, storage capacity, and delivery lead times
  - Manage ad-hoc delivery requests, ensuring timely fulfillment and maintaining high customer satisfaction during peak demand periods
  - Maintaine optimal availability of no-sales products at the right locations, minimizing operational disruptions and supporting uninterrupted boutique operations
   
  Post Order & Reporting Activities:
  - Ensure timely resolution of delivery discrepancies by reviewing discrepancy forms, performing internal stock movements, adjustments, and coordinating logistics transfers.
  - Prepare and deliver accurate Out-of-Stock reports to HQ in a timely manner, supporting proactive inventory management and decision-making
  - Prepare and deliver accurate Stock Cover Reporting in a timely manner
   
  Support Activities:
  - Collaboration with non-processed inventories, ensuring accurate stock reconciliation and preventing discrepancies in reporting
  - Collaboration on on-processed internal movements to maintain a correct and transparent stock picture, supporting reliable inventory control and decision-making
   
  Operational Activities Support:
  - Participate in regular operational meetings, workshops, and projects as required.
  - Drive improvement and standardization projects for operational Demand&Supply Planner activities within Nespresso markets
  - Lead transitions for new Nespresso markets and provide training to newly onboarded team members to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and continuous execution of activities.
  - Monitor and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to Market SPOCs, highlighting red points and proposing effective resolutions.
  - Challenge existing processes by identifying automation opportunities and completing essential preparation steps to enable automation
