Position Summary

As a TSS Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end handling of Purchase Order (PO) processes, including creation, modification, and reporting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient procurement operations, accurate order fulfillment, and streamlined workflows aligned with procurement requirements. You will serve as a key enabler of operational excellence by maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all procurement transactions.

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order lifecycle, including creation, modification, and reporting
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement transactions to support efficient operations
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with procurement policies and frameworks.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and support alignment with Market PPA Lead directives
  • Support process improvement initiatives and standardization efforts.
  • Ensure timely resolution of queries, requests, and escalations.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related field
  • Intermediate English proficiency

Experience & Skills

  • Procurement experience and supplier quotation analysis (Preferred)
  • Strong prioritization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP (advantage), and KPI reporting & analysis
  • Highly agile individual
