As a Sustainability Procurement Analyst at Nestlé Global Procurement, your mission is to be a part of the Sustainability Acceleration Team and work closely with the Global & Regional Procurement Managers in managing projects with suppliers. These projects will support our targets around the positive impact on Climate and Regenerative Agricultural practices. We operate on a truly global scale, bringing together over 40 nationalities across three dynamic hubs in Switzerland, Panama, and Malaysia. How you’ll make an impact as a Sustainability Procurement Analyst
- Manage and lead sustainability projects together with suppliers, procurement managers and Nestle’s agronomists.
- Track and forecast project progress and milestones with suppliers through different financial and environmental KPIs (e.g. CO2 reduction, % volume through Regenerative Agriculture, cost) and reporting systems (Vendor Portal / ServiceNow / PowerBI), while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Support Procurement Managers in organizing and defining the execution strategy with suppliers.
- Drive Capability Building on Decarbonization and Regenerative Agriculture.
- Develop and execute requests for information on environmental and sustainable sourcing topics.
- Support the development of training material.
- Ensure compliance to Nestlé's Corporate Business Principles, policies and standards.
What will make you successful
- Degree in Environmental Science, Agronomy, Sustainability or Business/Supply Chain/Engineering.
- Initial experience in analytics, project management, or sustainability (ideally in Procurement).
- Strong project management and communication skills in an international, complex environment.
- At ease with IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, ServiceNow, AI) and aligned with business objectives.
- Fluent in English, another language will be an asset.
