Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.

 

This role operates on the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Sunday night - Friday morning 11:00pm-7:30am. 

 

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:  
To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.  

 

The Truck Driver role involves transporting and delivering products while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to ensure the quality and quantity of the products being produced. This role reports to a Manager/Supervisor. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Drives truck to multiple destinations 

  • Completes pre-assigned route 

  • Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and notifies supervisor of any issues that need to be addressed as per DOT guidelines 

  • Ability to navigate trailers to docking bays to load and unload scheduled deliveries  

  • Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance 

  • Needs to operate box truck and tractor trailer 

  • Ability to operate warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHA) 

  • Performs other duties as assigned 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Must have a valid CDL Class A license 

  • Must meet applicable DOT requirements  

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred 

  • Physical ability to repetitively lift, stand, climb or bend within a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment 

 

SKILLS: 

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 

  • Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions  

 

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $30.64. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
