The uniqueness of the program lies in its multidisciplinary approach, featuring lectures on key business functions such as finance, marketing, and supply chain, alongside insights from Nestlé’s diverse business units—including Confectionery, Coffee, and Pet Food. This provides participants with a unique, behind-the-scenes look at how the world’s largest food and beverage company operates.
Simultaniously, participants can work on a real business case along side colleagues from different counties.

How do we do it: By providing apprenticeships, training opportunities, and mentorship. We also collaborate with government organizations and programs to tackle youth unemployment.
