What is Nestlé Needs YOUth?

Created in 2013, our Nestlé needs YOUth initiative helps equip young people with the skills they need to thrive in tomorrow’s workplaces. We’re creating a total of 40,000 jobs, apprenticeships and traineeships by 2025 across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa (EMENA). The COVID-19 pandemic is having a huge impact on society and especially on young people.
